Samsung Internet lets you change the address-bar search engine from its settings, but the public setup flow is list-based.

1. Open Samsung Internet and tap the three-line menu.
2. Tap Settings.
3. Tap Address bar search.
4. If Queye appears, select it.

If Queye is not listed, Samsung Internet does not currently provide a manual field for a custom search URL.
