Huawei's support guide says the default search engine is controlled from the Browser settings, and you can choose from the available options there.

1. Open Browser > Settings > Search engine.
2. The top-listed item is the current default.
3. If Queye appears in the list, select it.

If Queye is not offered, Huawei Browser does not currently provide a manual field for a custom search URL.

You can also install the Queye Android app if you want a direct fallback.
